05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. That is, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, your total balance will be ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- Only one welcome bonus is available per account.
- The bonus is only applicable to the payment method specified at registration.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- If crickex365 finds evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
- Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
Clarification: A bonus is not guaranteed funds — it is a conditional benefit. Where a maximum amount is stated, it always applies in relation to the percentage of the deposit (for example: 100% bonus, up to ৳5,000).
06 Betting Rules
The following rules must be followed when placing sports bets or playing casino games on crickex365.
6.1 Placing Bets
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- crickex365 reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
- Live bets placed after a match or event has started will be accepted under specific rules.
- crickex365 reserves the right to set a maximum limit on any bet.
6.2 Determining Results
- Results for cricket, football, and other sports are taken from internationally recognised sources.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bets will be handled in accordance with the rules.
- Casino game results are determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG).
6.3 Fraudulent Conduct
Any involvement in match fixing, account hacking, or any other fraudulent activity will result in the permanent closure of the relevant account and forfeiture of all balances.
07 Account Suspension and Closure
crickex365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
- Registration using false or incorrect information.
- Opening or operating multiple accounts.
- Evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent conduct.

7.1 Self-Closure of Account
